Your Kingdom Come
Heaven is not waiting for earth to get better. Heaven is waiting for the Church to rise.
"Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven."
— Matthew 6:10
When Jesus taught His disciples to pray, He didn't start with personal needs. He started with the Kingdom. "Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven." This was not a passive wish — it was a declaration of intent.
The Kingdom of God is not a future reality we're waiting to enter when we die. It is a present reality that we are called to carry and release right now — in our homes, our workplaces, our communities, and our nations.
"The kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit."
— Romans 14:17
Wherever you bring righteousness, peace, and joy — you are bringing the Kingdom. Wherever you pray for the sick and they are healed, wherever you speak truth into darkness, wherever you love the unlovable — the Kingdom of God is breaking through.
You Are the Answer to Your Own Prayer
Here is the uncomfortable truth: when you pray "Your kingdom come," God often looks at you and says, "I know. Now go." You are not just a recipient of the Kingdom — you are a carrier of it. You are the answer to the prayer you just prayed.
- 01Bring heaven into your home. The Kingdom starts in your own house. Pray over your family. Speak life. Create an atmosphere of worship and peace where God's presence is welcome.
- 02Carry it into your workplace. You are not just an employee — you are an ambassador. How you work, how you treat people, how you respond under pressure — all of it is Kingdom witness.
- 03Intercede for your city.Pray for your city by name. Pray for its leaders, its schools, its churches. You have authority to stand in the gap for the place where God has planted you.
"The world is not getting darker because darkness is stronger. It's getting darker because the light has been too quiet. It's time to shine."
