Purpose

The Mission

Breaking Open Heaven exists for one reason: to awaken believers to the authority they already carry in Christ — and to equip them to walk in it.

We believe the Church has been given the keys of the kingdom (Matthew 16:19). We believe every believer has been granted authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). And we believe that authority is not taken by passivity — it is taken by fasting, by prayer, and by walking in unwavering faith.

This is not a ministry of theory. It is a ministry of practice. We fast. We pray. We believe. And we take ground.

The Biblical Foundation

Luke 10:19

"Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you."

Authority is given. It is not earned. But it must be exercised.

Matthew 16:19

"I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven."

The keys are in your hands. The question is whether you will use them.

Isaiah 58:6

"Is not this the fast that I choose: to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the straps of the yoke?"

Fasting is not a discipline — it is a weapon. And it breaks chains.

What We Believe

Scripture is the final authority

Every teaching, every declaration, every practice is rooted in the Word of God. We do not add to it or subtract from it.

Authority must be taken, not waited for

The Kingdom of Heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force (Matthew 11:12). Passivity is not a virtue — it is a liability.

Fasting and prayer are weapons, not rituals

We fast not to impress God but to position ourselves. We pray not to inform God but to align ourselves with heaven's agenda.

Community multiplies authority

One can put a thousand to flight, two can put ten thousand (Deuteronomy 32:30). We are stronger together.
